Rebecca Stevens

Rebecca Stevens Naturopath

Rebecca first developed an interest in human biology 20 years ago when she completed a degree in biological sciences. Now she enjoys applying this knowledge along with her qualification as a Naturopath to deliver excellent health outcomes for her clients.

Rebecca is especially interested in the way modern lifestyles and our environment can influence the working of the body leading to health complaints that are indistinct, annoying and generally ignored by GPs. However, in term of disease prevention, she believes this is when the most good can be done.

This extends especially to stress and the impact that the pressures we face today can have on our physical health. In particular, adrenal fatigue and burn out which can lead to a dysfunctional immune system, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, reproductive disorders such as PMS and infertility, digestive complaints, sleep disturbance and thyroid dysfunction.

Rebecca is committed to helping people take back the power of their own health and wellbeing and uses a combination of natural herbs and medicines, plus small, achievable changes in diet and lifestyle.

Rebecca is a registered member of the Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association.
