I have to complement the staff at The Centre of Wellbeing. I had a massage from Patrick today for damaged to my left shoulder, I had one of the best workouts on the shoulder, ( apart from Rob:) ) I feel great after the massage and am so pleased Rob suggested I try Patrick when I needed desperate relief from the dislocation. As an older man I have a few joint issues, and Patrick was happy to help relieve the lower back as well as the shoulder. He is new to the industry but is also keen to prove his ability. Thanks mate for a good work out.

I saw Robert tonight he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Went in with a tight/stiff neck and back walked out feeling a new person. Highly recommend.

Rob at Centre of Wellbeing is just fantastic. I've been a number of times now and the massages have really helped alleviate my pain & soreness. Whether it's from sitting long hours behind a desk or a sporting injury that needs attention, I know Rob and his team will have the right advice for me. It's not everyday you come across someone who is genuinely interested in your overall wellbeing. A real gentleman who aims to treat the symptom and not just a temporary fix. I have had Rob and the team looking after my spinal and body wellbeing for at least 6 or 7 years now. A great experience which always leaves me feeling relaxed, rested and waking on air! I’d highly recommend if you have not tried massage followed by a great chiro adjustment, that you book yourself into this centre ASAP! Merry Christmas to all the team at Knoxfield!!

I highly recommend Rob for a massage he's very professional and has a great understanding of anatomy he was able to give me some relief from some old injuries, I will definitely be going back thanks Rob.

Thanks Rob, I'm feeling great after the remedial massage today. I was feeling stiff and sore through my mid back, and finding it a bit difficult to straighten up properly. Lots of tight and tired muscles in there! Rob helped loosen things up in a great feel good way, I hadn't realised I was quite so stiff and clunky. I had to adjust my mirrors afterwards because I could sit up straighter! Love it! Definitely looking forward to another treatment next week to keep everything moving easily.
